On this page you will find documents that you may need to complete the WBL program.

Before you leave for your job (on-campus and off-campus positions) please see the security guard / main office staff to Swipe into internship so that I can record your attendance.

Don't forget to get your Attendance Verification Sheet signed each week.

Look to the Google Classroom to submit your paperwork. Just be sure to log into your UCVTS Google account to access it.
